Volunteer Check-In Schedule
Friday, May 1 – Wilmer Park
- 4:00 PM – Volunteer Check-In
- All volunteers: please stop by the Welcome Table to check in and confirm your assignment for the evening.
Saturday, May 2 – Wilmer Park
- 11:00 AM – Volunteer Check-In
- Please stop by the Welcome Table to check in and confirm your assignment.
- If your shift begins later in the day, check in as soon as you arrive onsite.
Important Information
- All volunteers must check in at the Welcome Table upon arrival.
- Assignments, instructions, and any updates will be provided at check-in.
- Please arrive on time and be ready to assist in a variety of roles as needed.
Additional Details
- Volunteer Rest Area – The Green Room tent behind the stage will also serve as a Volunteer Rest Area. Water and snacks will be available for you in the tent.
- Service Learning Hours – For students earning service learning hours please provide your form to the Volunteer Coordinator upon completion of your volunteer duties to be signed.
