It’s almost time!

Thank you for registering to participate in the Chestertown Pride Festival! We’re excited to have you join us for what promises to be a vibrant and welcoming celebration of community.

Festival Hours: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: Wilmer Park, Chestertown, MD

Vendor Space
Your registration reserves a space approximately 10’ deep by 10’ wide. Please plan your setup accordingly. Setups may be no higher than one story tall (i.e., the height of a standard pop-up tent).

Attached is a vendor map showing your reserved location. The Vendor Map is also available on our website.

What to Bring
Vendors are responsible for providing their own:

Tent (recommended)
Tables and chairs
Any display materials

Please note: No electricity will be provided. No sales commission will be taken.

Tent Safety 
Please consider securing your pop-up tent with weights. We strongly recommend a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (sandbags or weighted systems). 

Vendor Setup Instructions
Arrival time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Upon arrival, please check in at Welcome Table #1 to confirm your assigned space and any final instructions
All vehicles must be out of the main parking lot by 12:30 PM
The festival opens to the public at 1:00 PM

Please do not arrive earlier than 11:00 AM, as our volunteers will still be preparing the site and will not be able to accommodate early setup.

Rain or Shine Event
The festival will take place rain or shine, so please plan accordingly.
